@DonKozack @Zassthelurker @chud14_3 That's not true. The Russian nobility spoke French but the Russian populace has spoken the same language. There were only some reforms done under Peter. Ukranian on the other hand - or Ruthenian, essentially stopped being spoken around the late 17th century and replaced...
