I know it was called Eastern Polish by linguists at the time who didn't have a name for it, but only registers cossacks were close to poles, and other cossacks hated them because they were jealous of their pay

@DonKozack @Zassthelurker @chud14_3 It was polonized heavily and there's a lot of Polish influence in Ukranian and Belarussian which isn't present in Russian. Russian has German loanwords for instance that Ukraine doesn't, like Тюрма (Turm)
