@TheEternalKraut @P0kemonIslamist ...force Russia into this war and push Russia into the sinosphere. Ukraine and any damage they did to Russia is worth way less than preventing Russia from cozying up with China which is by far the greater threat to US global hegemony.

@TheEternalKraut @P0kemonIslamist Something being utilitarian doesn't mean it's the best option, ethics and geocriticis are only intertwined when attacking someone else.

Yeah, it IS reasonable for the west to screw with Russias geopolitical standing, but I believe it would be more reasonable to not..
