@GenocideAfrica I understand saying England is worse if you need to speak freely, but it's incredibly developed and competently run for tourism.
I feel much safer in Kyiv now than I did in basically any city in England or France when I visited, and Transcarpathia is literally untouched.

@GenocideAfrica Paris is a city that largely rests on its laurels where all the major museums are a bureaucratic nightmare to walk into. Competent taxi service is non-existent. London gets far fewer tourists and the major museums are all free with no lines to get in. The cabbies are world-class.
