@MigrantHunter88 @propagandopolis Prussia got destroyed in the 7YW, but Peter III being a Prussophile forced Russia to withdraw and give up all the conquered territories. Also, since this was a Soviet poster, it's probably referring to how the USSR retook the land lost to Germany and the Empire collapsed.

@nitrrogen__ @propagandopolis Even if Russia pulled out due to new administration, it doesn’t suddenly mean that Russia won, and Prussia still managed to be strong enough after that to push against Austria, France, Saxony, and Sweden
