I’m under the impression that if Gregor Strasser hadn’t been shot by Goering against Hitlers orders, the economics of Nazi Germany would have been a lot more ardently socialist and something more akin to Goebbels, Horst Wessel’s, the SA’s and Gregors view of the economy. pic.x.com/qnn6oflhe9

@Natcomsam I think the war also impacted the more socialist aims of the NSDAP as well, ignoring the purging of Gregor and others. Hitler wanted a prosperous, unified, and rearmed Germany, hence why he needed industrial support from big manufacturers and companies and couldn't alienate them.
