@PETR0GRAD In various cultures, there is a power to develop and dynamic without a break, Just as slowly declined in development after excluding pure Germans from the Nazis. (Of course, even though it's not a single reason) Without diversity, all remains is to cull because it does not change

@K_SV_B -irrational. Certain Asian ethnic groups can be eugenic, Tatars, the Japanese, etc. Sure, but all of the Kavkaz people living in Russia are disloyal and unproductive. Stalin had the right idea.
