@Providnik1 The mayor of that city is a Ukranian with an "-enko" suffix. Seems like everything that you manage turns to shit. You still have a lower GDP/PPP per capita than during so-called "Russian occupation" during the Soviet Union pic.x.com/tipjn5oocq

@Providnik1 Ukranian cities are not in a worse shape than Russian ones, where did you get that idea from? Kiev looks worse than an average million-man city in Russia. I've been to many cities in Russia and multiple in Ukraine and Kiev barely looks better than Novosibirsk.
