Without knowing specifics I couldn't say, my assumption would be probably not, but I was kind of shocked when I found out about how dating/marriage worked in Islam.

This is perhaps the therapist in me talking, but I have noticed some guys aren't aware their actions come across that way, or if they are, they don't realize that bothers their partner.

Alternatively join some discord servers and voicechat with people.
