@chud14_3 They weren't, Ukranians were overrepresented in the Politburo and the Red Army. Balts were actually overrepresented in the CPSU

@chud14_3 Nope, ethnic SLAVIC Ukranians were overrepresented in the Politburo and CPSU, same with Balts. Lenin built his support base in the Russian imperial periphere because the ethnic Russians didn't support it as much due to Stolypins reforms.
