@DonKozack @chud14_3 It's closer to Polish because of the Polish lithuanian commonwealth and Polonization. Same with how Belarussian is closer to Lithuanian due to the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

@nitrrogen__ @chud14_3 No the reason is because it was spoken by peasants and cossacks who were all day in their fort far far away from any other civilisation and didn't get influenced by language reforms or other languages. It's closer to polish because polish is a Slavic language too, simply
