back to @nitrrogen__'s posts@TheEternalKraut Fair enough, but still, it was not that the USSR was so extremely backwards that they did not have bicycle access, more so that the USSR did not have a need for bicycles as much as the west did, and that the USSR was less bike-friendly so they were less popular.
